What we build

Eight things we build well. Nothing we don’t.

  • Web appsCustomer portals, booking systems, SaaS front ends. Hosted where you choose, handed over with docs.
  • Mobile appsiOS and Android from one codebase. Auth, payments, push, offline. Submitted under your developer account.
  • AI assistantsAssistants that answer, route and act on your data. Wired into inbox, CRM and documents. Measured on tasks closed, not demos.
  • Internal toolsThe admin panel your spreadsheet should have been. Roles, approvals, reporting.
  • IntegrationsMake the systems you already pay for talk to each other. Stripe, HubSpot, QuickBooks, your ERP.
  • MVPsVersion one of your product, on a date you can raise against. Scope cut to what proves the idea.
  • DashboardsLive dashboards on the numbers you run the business by.
  • RescuesA half-built product, audited in writing for a fixed fee. Then you decide: finish or restart.
How it works

Three steps. No retainers.

50% to start · 50% before final delivery

  1. 01

    Brief

Tell us what you need and what it replaces. Six questions. Four minutes.

    Reply within one business day

  2. 02

    Written scope, fixed quote

One document: every feature, the stack, the date and the price. Nothing is built until you sign it.

Scope within [X] days of the brief

  3. 03

    Build, QA, handover

Weekly demo on a fixed day. QA against the scope, not against what was built. Full code, credentials and docs on delivery.

Changes outside scope are quoted, never absorbed

Reliability tiers

Tiers stop at four. We’re the one that isn’t on the chart.

Data centers are rated one to four. Four means nothing goes down. Every project here is run like it has to earn the number.

  • One engineer owns your project end to end. You know their name.
  • Every build ships with tests, a clean-clone deploy and a README a stranger can follow.
  • No lock-in. No hosting markup, no licence fee, no ‘call us to export’.
Pricing

Starting points, not guesses.

Every project gets a fixed quote after the brief. These are the bands most projects land in.

Questions

The ones everyone asks.

Who owns the code?

You do, on final payment. Repo, accounts, keys, documentation. We keep nothing.

What happens if the scope changes?

We write a change order with the new price and date. You approve it or we keep building the original scope. Nothing is absorbed quietly.

Do you work with individuals?

Yes. Founders, operators, professionals with a product idea. Same process, same contract.

What if I already have a half-built product?

We audit it first, in writing, for a fixed fee. Then you decide whether we finish it or restart it.

How do you quote?

From the written scope, as one number. No hourly rate, no estimate that moves.

Where are you?

Tier 7 is a United States company. Contracts are under US law. Your point of contact works your hours.
